I didn't get into fitness because it was easy for me. I fought my way back from an eating disorder and rebuilt my relationship with my body from the ground up. That experience, combined with a B.S. in Kinesiology and ACE certification, is why I train the way I do. Sustainable. Real. Built around your whole life.
