MY STORY
Anorexia Nervosa is the best thing that ever happened to me. I know how that sounds... but hear me out.
My eating disorder took me down a dark path. It distorted my relationship with food, with exercise, and with my own body. But fighting my way back to the other side of that... that's what changed everything.
I didn't just recover. I rebuilt. I turned something painful into purpose and came out the other side with a genuine, healthy relationship with fitness, nutrition, and most importantly, myself.
That experience is why I train the way I do. I know what it looks like when someone is punishing themselves in the gym, feeling lost with food, or running completely on empty. And I know what it feels like to finally reach a place where fitness adds to your life instead of consuming it.
That's what I want for every single person I work with.

About Giselle
The Full Puzzle.
Training is one piece of the puzzle. Nutrition, sleep, stress, recovery, and mindset are the rest. I look at all of it because your results depend on all of it.
Sustainable Habits. No Extreme Diets.
I am never going to put you on a crash diet or a program that's impossible to maintain. We build habits that fit your real life. The only plan that works is one you can actually stick to.
Discipline Over Motivation.
Motivation is a feeling. It comes and goes. Discipline is a skill, and it's one we build together. The clients who get results aren't the ones who always feel like it. They're the ones who show up anyway.
HOW I TRAIN
Every program I build, whether in person or online, is rooted in three things:
My Motto
I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear. I'm here to tell you what you need to hear, and then help you act on it.
I will adjust your plan when life changes. I will check in, hold you accountable, and celebrate every win along the way. But I also expect you to show up, communicate, and make a commitment to yourself.
The best results I've seen come from people who are done making excuses and ready to build something real.
If that's you, I'm your trainer.
