Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between in-person and online training?
In-person training is for people who want a coach physically present, someone to hold them accountable to show up, correct their form in real time, and push them through every session.
Online training is for people who can already get themselves to the gym but need real structure, nutritional guidance, and accountability for everything outside of it. Both include a fully customized program and nutrition guidance. The difference is how and where we work together.
How often should I train to see results?
Consistency is key. Most clients see initial results within the first 4 weeks. I recommend training 3-4 times per week to build strength and endurance while allowing for adequate recovery.
Is online coaching right for me if I've never worked with a trainer before?
Yes, as long as you're serious about it. Online coaching isn't just getting a PDF and being left alone. You'll have video demos for every exercise, regular check-ins, and direct access to me. What it does require is consistency, a willingness to track your nutrition, and communication when things come up. If you're ready for that, it absolutely works.
What if I have a specific injury or limitation?
I prioritize functional movement and joint health. We will work within your limitations to create a safe, effective, and sustainable training plan tailored to your body.
